The Lunar Hope Foundation was born out of a deep sense of loss and a desire to create positive change after my best friend tragically took her own life in 2019. She endured several years of domestic abuse, and her struggle left a profound impact on everyone who knew her. Her courage and resilience, even in the face of such adversity inspired me to establish this foundation. Our mission is to support those affected by domestic abuse, and mental health by raising awareness and providing resources to prevent such tragedies. Through the Lunar Hope Foundation, we honor her memory and strive to make a difference in the lives of others facing similar challenges. May she always shine bright and continue to be a light for those who come to know of her.
At Lunar Hope Foundation, we believe in a holistic approach to helping and supporting individuals in crisis. We understand the profound impact of domestic violence, mental health struggles, and many other unexpected life happenings. We are dedicated to offering a lifeline to those in need. Our services include providing clothing, hygiene products, and other needs to those rehoming with nothing, offering mental health resources, pregnancy resources, and assisting with emergency shelter when available. We not only provide them with basic needs but also emotional support. We work closely with communities to understand their needs and create sustainable solutions.
As the founder of the Lunar Hope Foundation, I am a 25- year old proud mother of two beautiful girls. I'm a music enthusiast in all genres, and at my core am highly family oriented. My journey has been shaped by a deep passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference wherever I can. My mental health journey began shortly before my 12th birthday. I have been on a continuous journey of self discovery and healing since. Luckily I have had some incredible resources and a solid support team to help me navigate through my obstacles and emerge stronger. Having faced my own struggles with mental health, I understand the importance of having support and resources in overcoming these challenges. My experience fuels my dedication to sharing these vital resources and support with others in need, ensuring that no one is left to face their struggles alone. My hope is to provide help to whoever may need it while continuing to brighten my best friends memory for years to come.
